Sorry can't find the article.

Something of interest. I tried to order HP from Azure.com, but it seems the reason the price was so reasonable was because they wern't shipping it as Hazardous Materials and were not paying the associated shipping costs with UPS. I was told that they are trying to straighten it out, but if they have to deal with the Haz Mat situation, they might just drop it as a product.
