It's late and I don't have the article handy right now but I read that Technical grade and Food grade are the same thing.

Supposedly there is a rules of some kind that says if a larger container of food grade H202 is broken up into smaller quantities for sale, they can no longer call it food grade. Food grade is packaged under strict conditions.

I will try and find the article and post it later.
