I don't take it orally although I have in minor dilutions a few times. I read the same thing you did, so I stopped.

I do however take HP baths. After each one I do pass mucous and yeast the next day. One thing it is good for is if you have a rash from die off. It helps these area's better than anything else I have tried on them.

You feel good after 30 or 40 minutes in an HP bath. 8 oz to a tub full. I have upped this to 12oz and fill the tub to the point where it almost over flows with me in it.
