I have done some reading up on HP and have come to the conclusion that I don't want to orally take it. I've read some testimonials that the hydrogen can scar the stomach lining. Will I be able to get the benefits that many people claim by bathing in HP? How often would I need to bathe in it? If you bathe in it will it bleach your hair? Is it safe to get your face in the bath mixture?
Is IV HP a safer method than ingesting it? Ok I am looking for a way to oxygenate my blood without ruining my internal organs. Any info is appreciated. Thanks
