I'm glad to see you're getting such good results! You can use as much peroxide as you want in the bath! Just use your own judgement. Try applying direct 1% to 3% peroxide to your skin. However, it's a good idea to only gradually increase your dose by small amounts, so that you don't overdo it! Just be careful, because it IS possible to overdo it! However, the only side-effects I've actually ever heard of (in healthy people) are light-headedness, fatigue, mild headaches, warm or cold feelings, and mild irritation at the site of application. Of course, chronically ill people also go through a herxheimer detox reaction, but that usually happens with any kind of detox. Keep in mind that 3% is commonly used as a mouth rinse, and 7% to 20% is used in tooth whiteners. However, swallowing straight 35% can cause severe gastrointestinal damage! In large amounts, it could kill you! 90% peroxide is used as rocket fuel, and would likely kill you if you simply dipped your finger in it! In other words, dosage DOES matter! The key is to take enough so that it kills germs and oxidizes toxins, but not so much that it actually harms your own cells. The commonly reccomended doses are in this range, and it's probably not a good idea to stray too far from these reccomendations.

The bubbles are oxygen. It's said that the white stuff IS dead skin cells. The outer surface of the skin is made up of dead cells, and since they don't have the protection that live cells have, they are easily oxidized. I don't see any reason not to have your eyes open under the water, as long as it doesn't burn or anything like that.

When you say that it's turning your hair blonde do you mean that it's bleaching your hair? I don't think the amounts you're using are strong enough to be causing that to happen... Or, do you mean your hair is returning to its natural color?
