It won't oxidize your guts if used in the proper amounts. 3% is what is usually sold in stores for topical disinfection use and for rinsing out the mouth. Tooth whitener products typicaly use around 7%. Peroxide therapy only uses 0.035% for IV use, and typically a maximum of 0.15% for drinking.

Your doctor likely doesn't know any more than you do when it comes to oxygen therapy. You need to find someone with clinical experience using oxygen therapy. People have been getting injected for over a hundred years with peroxide and ozone all over the world without any problems. Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber therapy has been used for decades by mainstream medicine with very good results.

There ARE dangers associated with too much peroxide or ozone (but only if you take VERY large amounts), however getting oxygen somehow "lodged" in your brain isn't one of them as far as I know. Probably just a rumor or something. As far as evidence for the safety of peroxide and ozone therapy, take a look at the links I previously provided on this thread, and on other threads. There is plenty of information demonstrating its effectiveness. You'll need to read it all yourself. There's no way I can summarize it all for you. You SHOULD be skeptical of oxygen therapy! You should research it with a skeptical yet open mind, and then decide for yourself. If you decide to try the therapy, you can either do it yourself very inexpensively at home, or go to a specialist. You can find a doctor in your local area here: http://www.oxygenhealingtherapies.com/my_ozone_doctor.com.html

The following page has a HUGE amount of info on ozone therapy (basicaly the same thing as peroxide therapy) all on one big page: http://peacecountry0.tripod.com/oz.htm
