Yes, they all work in the same way - by releasing singlet oxygen which then oxidizes germs, toxins, and diseased cells in the body (while not harming healthy cells as long as the dose is kept in the reccomended range) While singlet oxygen IS a form of oxygen, it functions differently than the regular atmospheric oxygen that you breathe.
