Sorry I didn't warn you better about the photo! I'm not sure that cayenne needs to be grouped in with spicy food. It is absolutely miraculous what cayenne can do for a body! I must remember to do a blog entry on cayenne. ;)

But oh yes, the aloe sounds just wonderful. I think I'll go break off part of a leaf-steam right now and "eat" it. ;) ;)
