Between attacks, I'm on a regular diet. I don't specifically watch what I eat, but I increase fruits and vegetables and take fiber supplements.

Currently on clear liquids I drink cranberry grape or some other 100 percent non citus fruit juice, beef and chicken broth and ice pops. Usually, this diet settles my pain.

Home sick from work today after started eating bland diet on Sunday. Felt good but last night the pain returned.
