Thanks for your input.

I definitely do not have diverticulitis, but I do have IBS and I guess that I also have diverticulosis as do most people (I understand). While wondering how we get rid of our diverticulosis I heard a talk about MSM and they said MSM can help to reduce diverticulosis as it helps return elasticity to cells in our body. I wondered if anyone had any other/further info about this.
