I have been following a high protein and high fiber diet, and during a very stressful time, I had an attack of diverticulitis. I was hardly able to walk. Prescription from doctors was "64oz water by mouth per day, and more fiber" Not much more than what I already do. I need some help here with this. Can anyone give me some suggestions?
