The Matrix has some intertesting philosophical points. Also, it is interesting to see how Neo progresses throughout the trilogy in regards to his awareness. I don't want to spoil the movie for you, but in the end of Revolutions Neo percieves matter for what it really is - light. Really cool ideas presented throughout, but unfortunitely I think most people just didn't understand them.
