I would also suggest that it comes down to what I try to reflect in "spiritual" posts all the time. Were all on our own trip. We play a karmic role in helping each other attain enlightenment/nirvana/heaven (*insert favorite name for higher consciousness here).
We are all part of the same consciousness (collective/God/All that is). We are God(illusionary seperation). All viewpoints in spirituality are a collection of views from different vantage points and are pieces of the total view.
We have created this over-all experience to learn in a powerful way how our thoughts and thus actions affect the whole. (The interconectedness of consciousness) All is permissable as all experience is a valuable reflective tool of pure consciousness. We experience manifestations of our creating. What makes the experience work is a mode of duality. It is thru this veil that we journey back to unity and in doing so gain profound understanding of God's creation...OUR creation.

People are at different vantage points on these "separate" journeys. All points are valid as they lend to the total experience.

When one is ready and feels this truth, one can let God out of the box we collectively placed God in. In doing so one also becomes free because, the inevitable realization that you have let yourself out of that same box, occurs.
You are God rediscovering yourself in an illusionary world.
Your "seperation" from yourself and others vanishes.
Unity consciousness is achieved.

This simple realization can be seen throughout creation, a holograpic creation where the viewer and the viewed are one.

I feel it important to suggest that this spiritual paradigm can only be realized personally and not really communicated accurately. It must be felt as a personal experience.
Words can only point to the essence of the awareness but words are inacurate because they are a product of the veil and not pure spiritual essence. They are a crossover into the illusion. A mingling of the percieved and the perciever..of God and God's creation.

Ever try explaining the colour red? Try it and you'll see the limitations of pointing to spiritual awareness. It's a state that must be achieved independently.t
