Hi Tracey,

Had another big dream last night. Bang on Blue hand day. I can't remember everything, but the most significant part of the dream was feeling the force of this water flooding in everywhere- from below me, from above me. I have had water dreams before, where I have been absolutely terrified that I would drown. But this time, there was this fear of whats's going to happen- except I seem to remember just accepting it rather than trying to fight against it.

I felt quite disillusioned yesterday. I did seemed to get bogged down in the middle of the wavespell, but after last night it picked up again.
