Get yourself a copy of David Hawkins book "Power Vs Force".
Verify his scientific discoveries about quantifying levels of consciousness (which you can with a solid protocol). You may find this interesting.

I agree with your statement "the time of enlightenment has been blocked by signals of a similar amplitude". There is a presence on this planet that I believe is trying to hold back our collective ascention. HAARP is just one such tool that is used by this force. I also beleive the creation has inherant mechanisms to deal with this problem. We will discover them when it is necessary and proper to. Even the "negative" games that are being played follow attractor programs. These parameters have built in fail safes. We can see that throughout the entire creation and thinking holographically, one can deduce that it dollows through to the deepest quantum levels.

Illusions can be so convincing, can't they. The real point or expression of our life, I believe, is to experience it fully with presence.
