Tracey - that was so beautiful!

It really hit home for me - I have been going through all sorts of weird things with my body the past few weeks, and as soon as I read the part about "embracing everything" no matter how distressing it is, I finally realized that that is what I need to do.

The moon is so beautiful tonight - I will see you tomorow energetically!
