You may want to take something to help...a supplement. I´ve recently been taking Primal Defense (check web) it´s also available at Whole Foods. It helps you balance the good flora in your gut. If acidophilus and bifidophilus is like 18th century fighters, soil based organisms (in Primal Defense) are like the 20th century. I´ve see it help me improve with my body, and my brain. I´m not all over the place with my energy anymore.
