Hi there,

This may sound a little strange but lately I have been communicating with this group of angels and one of the first things they told me was that I had to quit smoking because it hampers my vibrational energy and therefore hampers my ability to deal in this sort of consciousness. So I quit smoking 6 days ago.

I definitely think there is something to this, regarding any type of toxins we put in our bodies be it food, pollution, or even negative thoughts.
