Oddly, when I started getting interested in changing life and diet to become truly Healthy, one "feeling" kept insistently and repeatedly surfacing. I need to get my health back "while there's still time." Very emphatic and enigmatic. Simply an almost urgent "while there's still time" but no further information or explanation, even through dreamwork or divination. It's like "feeling" the short Boyscout motto (Be Prepared) in my bones instead of logically thinking through it.

Dunno precisely what it means, but it struck me that it is very similar to what you all are discussing.
