That is a merkaba. You need to find something you like (in this case an animated gif) and imbed it in the message.

If you scroll down you will see the space called image URL. You would just paste the url of the image you want to imbed there.

If you want to learn about the potential of merkabas, I highly suggest picking up both volumes 1 and 2 of "The Ancient Secret Of The Flower Of Life" by Drunvalo Melchizedek.
