Umm no. You can't learn to do yourself. You can however learn so that you can do others. The people who did mine, do a Healer's Program for a year, from August to August which gets you up to the energy vibration so that you can go to the school in Utah to learn how to do DNA Activations and such. The reason that you need to be up to a high enough energy vibration level is that it takes a lot to hold and channel that energy, much like people who do reiki or other energy healing, but at a much higher level. People who can hold this high of energy vibration levels have been known to be able to heal towns, cities, etc. where there are large groups of people at once.

Before I had mine done, I had already done work on my neighborhood where I live which holds probably about 50 or so people in it. (rough estimate) After I had mine done, that night, I was sending out healing energy balls in a room that held probably 50 to 60 people in it at a bar. (Yes, I was sober. I don't drink alcohol. lol) While I was sending the healing energy balls around the room, I sat there watching people's heads turn back towards me. (I was sitting in the back of the room away from the band that was playing) It was pretty interesting watching people's heads turn back and have that as a confirmation to know that they felt the energy. :D
