I read something that resonated with me regarding this. Basically, the idea I read implied candida overgrowth come from not having a clear idea where you're going in your life - feeling stagnated - so your gut "molds". The doctor in question suggest martial arts as a great way of relighting the "fire in your belly". Another simple meditation you can do is focus your third chakra fire. Sit quietly and get a feeling for your solar plexus chakra. Imagine a triangle over this area, just move it around until it feels centred on the problem, then visualise a small, intense flame in the centre. Focus on this for a few minutes. Just repeat this a few times a day, after all, it only take a few minutes.
