Hi, all! I just purchased FitLine® Basics BIO PLUS, and noticed that there is no English instruction in how to take it. Am I supposed to mix it with juice like a protein supplement? Or, with just plain water? Also, I’m wondering if I should keep it in a refrigerator. Feedbacks would be appreciated. Thanks!
