Hi wonderfuls!

I've been taking Basics PLus for a couple days now, and already my stomach feels better than after I took CoQ-10, and I'm not feeling constipated (I felt slightly constipated after my 3-day juice fast). This is great stuff, I'm passing a lot of bowels, which I am happy at, because I think the next time I juice fast and when I try the Clarkia formula, things will run a lot smoother.
I definately recommend this product, even for plain, simple, wonderful, general health.
