It worked for me also. Years and years ago it started. I went through all the tests and the conclusion was that it was IBS. A couple of years ago the doctor put me on welchol for cholestrol and the IBS went away. Stayed on it for a year (6 pills a day) but found out it caused anal itching (sorry but it did). Did not want to give it up, so decreased until I started having symptoms again. One pill a day and I was back to cramping after I eat. Two pills every other day was the answer.
