Luckily most of the people I'm telling (and I'm telling lots!! There were about 16 of us all doing the Master-Cleanse and b&p or variations of - without Master-Cleanse - in January - friends, family...acquaintances - wow) are open to it.

Still...I think it would be handy to print out the "Journey to the Center of the Colon" article and just keep it handy for people that don't have email. It's such a straightforward logical article - you'd have to be SUPER closed mind or skeptical by nature to NOT be inspired to do something about your own intestines...

Southern Belle keeps Liver Flush recipes in her drawer at work! I think that's a great idea.
