well i dread the OO/LJ also.Thats why i use red grapefruit juice instead.Add one table spoon of maple syrup and a little extra GFJ and it goes down real easy.Keep mixing while drinking.I also added the syrup to the ES/GFJ mix since that is the mix that gave me the most trouble.Yummy!I cant stress enough how much better the red grapefruit juice taste compared to the lemons in the OO (Olive-Oil) mix.
