Hi Sprite:

What did you do to get better with your bulging discs? I've had the problem for almost 7 years now. At least once a year it gets worse, and my sciatica also gets worse - numbness and pain in the left leg, in addition to constant lower back pain. My last episode occurred recently after going on a B&P Bowel Cleanse - the pressure of the bowels aggravated my tailbone! Now I'm suffering from pain and numbness in my right leg too, not to mention the lower back. Any suggestions would be welcome.
