Yes...I totally believe that! (one doesn't need es to rid themselves of stones) They - hopefully - get released naturally (I'm sure our bodies are set up to do this). But I'm sure that a key to having them out of our systems is to NOT EAT FAT all day long...ya know? So the bile has time to build up and push the stones out.
