The first flush I did, I was tired the next day and felt very washed out. But since then I have reduced the magnesium intake and just take a normal dose at 2 hours and 4 hours before the oil. And the next day has been fine, with similar amounts of lumps coming out. So it seems likely to me that it is the amount of magnesium which is leading to dehydration and loss of electrolytes.
