Hi Didi...sounds like you are doing excellently in the bm department! Before my fast I had one good bm a day, so during my fast I was happy with one a day. Now, I've been known to have 2 a day - wow! - most of the time that happens when I start my day with a litre of warm water, drunk over the first 2 hours awake.

So...I'd say you're doing well.

Yup..you can just move right into a Liver Flush pretty effortlessly. I drank lemonade up until 2 hours before the first epsom drink. Orange juice to come off your fast the next day sounds perfect too. And, that's right, no b&p on the day of...
