Hi Didi!! I don't think you have to worry because you've been fasting. There isn't that much coming out of you, right? Just light/medium browny/copper/tan poo? And not much of it? Liquidy? This is totally normal when you're fasting. Now...if you have pale bm's when you're eating normally, then that would be an indication that you need some liver/bile attention.

When you start eliminating the mucoid plaque you'll see some strange dark greenish/grey/brown colours! You've only been taking the b&p for 2 days now? Well...I didn't see anything until Day3. Day4 was more spectacular, though. Some people don't pass anything for weeks - so let's hope you are one of the lucky ones!
