Hi--I'm preparing for my first flush and hope someone can answer a few questions.
1. Does olive oil upset the essential fatty acid balance?
2. Should I use sesame or walnut oil instead?
3. Has anyone used orthophosphoric acid instead of apple juice? If so, how much do you take and do you just put it in water? I've seen recipes where you put it in the juice but I'm tryig to avoid that much juice.
