I want to also add that I would much rather go through labor any day of the week or every day of the week then experiance another attack ever again. My Dr. says his mother had 5 children without an epidural and she said it is NOTHING compared to s GB attack.
I'm still VERY sore, and out of work because I can hardly get around. I feel nauseous, and I ache in my chest and back. I can't get through three hours without needing a nap. I don't know what to eat, as well. I just experiment, and eat what I can that's low to no fat. Mostly broth, but I am moving to solid foods. I couldn't even hold my baby for the first month & 1/2 of her life!
