What can I do to get rid of this taste in my mouth? Must I follow the cleanse 100%? I had my second attack (first one was 3 years ago) of a debilitating pain just under my right rib cage. I am a 29 year old female. These two episodes both occurred when I was jogging and menstrating. In the first episode I was about to go overseas and went to the doctor to be on the safe side. He said I was healthly and attributed it to running. The thing is, I am an experienced marathon runner and I know the difference. Truthfully, the pain wasn't something that I would have contacted a doctor for because it only lasted a few hours (and then dull for a week). When I was in Asia riding in a "rickshaw" the bouncing motion triggered the pain again. Since then there have been small episodes of pain but they are so subtle I never would have attributed them to anything. Until last Saturday. This time my pain, which has subsided now, was accompanied by a bitter taste which happens if I make a kind of suctioning swallow. I think this is bile. In researching I came across this site and prepared myself for my first liver cleanse.
I was prepared to begin Friday and had already started with the Epsom Salts and then a relative surprised me with a visit and I couldn't carry out the cleanse (I ate). Last night I did it, using the grapefruit olive oil mix, but I drank the mix about 30 minutes late and I only drank half of it... I just couldn't finish without gagging. Even now thinking about it makes me gag.
So, I am telling you all this because the day after my "epsom only" cleanse I actually had what appeared to be stones in my movements. This morning there was nothing and I don't understand. Could drinking only half or drinking it 30 minutes late really have made the whole process null? I still have the mouth taste. What can I do to get rid of it?
