Hi Maddie....most people experience a lowering of cholesterol with flushing....I wouldn't worry about it raising your cholesterol levels (even temporarily)...just wait till you see all the cholesterol balls that come out of you!

As for the CoQ10...I have no idea if that will affect your tests or not...
