Bitters and apple juice 3-4x a day 1 week before the flush,BUT not the day of the flush!Worked for me after disappointing 1st flush.Also eat light with no fat day before and day of flush.This all helped me as i pass anywhere from 115-200 stones per flush,except 1st flush.
