Hi Tracey,
I thought the same as you regarding the Milk Thistle, but my partner is taking the exact same supplements as I am, and eating the same foods etc.
Yet he is passing stones every flush and even while not following the protocol.
I will read lots more and decide how to go about more cleansing before I do my next flush.
