HI hypoguy,
I do use a colander, and check all my motions out (only during a flush).
My stools varey from tan/orange colour to sometimes brown.
But haven't had a proper bowel motion since my cleanse earlier today. Will see what happens tomorrow.
If I had passed cholesterol crystals I would be so pleased with my flush.
I will probably keep on doing the flushes, but not every two weeks. Maybe I am doing them too often for my body type.
