cheryl - please don't take this the wrong way, but for God's sake, QUIT SMOKING! .....no matter how hard it is...STOP!!!!...you won't believe how much better you will feel....why try all these cleanses, medicines, etc. when you continue to poison yourself? it doesn't make any sense...please STOP....
