Butterfly,

I'm looking for a kinder, gentler method than the Epsom Salts . ES has worked very well, but it's a bit much and takes all day (for me). I'm very interested in learning more about your method. Could you answer a few quick questions?

1. About what time of day do you take 1/4 c. OO (Olive-Oil) and 2T lemon juice?

2. About what time in the evening do the stones come out?

3. What size was the largest stone that came out this week?

4. Any pain?
