I had pain in the same area for a long time. I started doing the flushes (and colon cleanse). It gets progressively better after every flush. The pain usually comes back to a certain degree after a few days, but always less than before. Now, after 8 flushes (and 2 colon cleansing cycles), I am almost completely pain free all the time. I have also rid myself of several other symptoms as well ( Acne is less, allergies much less, severe indigestion completely gone, sleep- better, energy-much better). I will keep flushing until 100% clear of these symptoms. I hope this info is helpful.
