while you are waiting on the phosfood. you might try drinking apple juice, or get some malic acid pills. they all help disolve the stones. i have been taking 1/4 c. olive oil follow with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice(suppose to disolve the stones.) use a straw lemon can eat away at your teeth. every evening. i have been passing stones every night this week. i have pass about 400 this week.

i know how you feel. i found my phosfood here in columbus , ohio at a charpractor.
