Well it is a little after nine, all of today's Epsom Salts are down...but I am concerned about not having a b.m. since early Tuesday. I came down w/ the flu Tuesday and I have been eating rather lightly since then, but still I,... oh yeah I went a little this morning, w/ the help of Epsom Salts . But I am still concerned about everything not flowing right.

I just hate to continue to be backed up w/ all these stones in me.
I would have waited until next weekend, but I am not weak, do not feel sick and I have been really, really yellow since catching the flu bug.

Anyone have any suggestions or personal experience?
