Thanks both for the encouraging posts.And sure enough i now have total of 100 stones by evening.So i will consider this a success!;)

As far as the white grapefruit..it tasted soo nasty though,so i will make sure i always get the red or pink....

Also..do either of you think that even if there are no stones,that toxins are released from liver?So if there are no stones one could still consider a flush a success?
