i have done 5 cleanses in 5 weeks
week 1 & 2 hula clark stones got stuck
week 3 & 4 coke classic stones starting to move but still uncomfortable
week 5 claude lewis cleanse worked wonders but was weak

i started this week at bedtime; 1/4 cup olive olive and 2 tablespoons lemon juice. i believe it is keeping my stones moving all week. every night this week around 6 - 8 pm i pass a few stones. maybe 20 - 30 hard to count because of the fecal matter. i know it is stones because i can feel them move. it could also be that every morning i am making a protein shake with the liver powder made by NOW and lecthin. that could be helping. hard to say i think it is the olive oil every night that is working.

i also had a 3 oz rib steak one of these nights as well even i probabley should not. i eat a 80% vegatarina diet and organic.
