it shouldnt... and oh my.. yeah, too little sodium is really bad.. your cells have trouble staying together.. water is good, but keeping it in moderation is great.. and people need salt :) .. but im glad you're fine, and im sure you know that

try Epsom Salt baths too.. the clay? no reason why it should really be bad is there? remember :) more salt :)
