You did well, yemaya. Have you ever tried The Master Cleanse fast? I think it may help you with your anxiety. One isn't hungry at all on it (physically)....possibly only mentally. It's a great all over detoxifier and cleanse. My energy felt very pure and clean while I was on it...I wonder if it would be good for you?
