I completed my second Liver Flush on Tuesday. Wednesday morning I woke up and my face was covered in rashes with small pimply bumps. My guess is that I am "detoxifying" or something. Other than the fact that I look I have a disease, I am actually kind of exited that the flush made such an impact on my body. My on-going lower back pain is gone too. Bowel movements are still very loose and smell horrible. I feel great though. Better than I have felt for a long LONG time, despite the attacks that I had on Tuesday during the flush. I am getting addicted to this flush thing, because I feel SO GOOD afterwards!!! Also, I passed mostly baby green stones, but I also had lots of bright green, flat, square things too. Are these just squashed stones? The liver cleanse is the only one I have done- what order do I do the others in? I would like to do a parasite, kidney, and bowel clense also. For the liver clense, all I have is a photo copy out of somebody else's book, so I need to go out and get these books so I can do them correctly. Thanks for the support!
