A Bowel Cleanse as well as Liver Flushes may just do the trick.

I know a man who had an achy sore stiff body while sleeping..and after some weeks of bowel cleansing with b&p (//www.curezone.org/forums/m.asp?f=153&i=1061) and a liver flush...his stiffness was gone!

Once your clean out your system (and rejuvenate your organs) it seems that the body is then back in balance and can heal itself. Put energy where it is needed, instead of wasting the energy on getting bogged down with toxins...just trying to limp by.
